Preschool Registration for the 2007-08 School Year

For a registration appointment, please contact our Clerk, Rubi B. Soto at 443-7221 ext. 437

You will need the following information:

  • A copy of your child’s birth certificate
  • Copies of check stubs for the current month 
  • Immunization (shot) records
  • Most recent physical exam and tuberculosis test (within the last 12 months)

Our enrollment priorities are:

1)  Children of Protective Services

2)  Children who are at risk of neglect, abuse, or exploitation

3)  Children who are 4 years of age by December 2 of the current year

Preschool sessions (3 hours each):

A.M. session - 8:00 - 11:00

P.M. session - 11:45 -2:45

Matriculación del Pre-escolar para el año 2007-08

Para una cita favor de llamar a Rubi B.Soto, Clerk a 443-7221 ext. 437

Para empezar  una solicitud, favor de proveer copias de la siguiente información :

  • Acta de nacimiento del niño/a
  • Talones de cheque del mes más reciente
  • Tarjeta de vacunación
  • Copia del examen fisico más reciente
  • Prueba de tuberculosis (dentro de los últimos 12 meses)

Nuestra prioridad para inscripción es:

1) Niños de servicios de protección

2) Niños que están a riesgo de aislamiento, abuso, o explotación

3) Niños que cumplen 4 años antes del 2 de diciembre del año actual

Clases de medio tiempo (3 horas)

Sesión  A.M.  8:00 - 11:00

Sesión P.M.  11:45 - 2:45
